Thank you for volunteering to assist with the 2023 Run with Rotary and FunFest.
All volunteers are encouraged to enter Skillman Park from County Rt. 601. If you are driving a car, parking will be in the primary parking area. If you are being dropped off, there will be a designated drop off area.
All volunteers will need to check-in at the official Volunteer Registration Table to receive a shirt and finalized instructions.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled service to allow you time to check-in, receive your assignment and to walk to your booth. Please bring water to stay hydrated and a snack if desired.
If you need support from a Rotarian while volunteering you may text our lead coordinator of volunteers. This number will be provided at check-in. Our other Rotarians and members of the MBA will be identifiable by the shirt color powder blue at the event. They can answer questions you may have.
Those working in our game booths will be working with youth. Please be encouraging and positive as our goal is the joy of the game.
If you require a letter of service hours this will be provided for you within a following week following a request.
