Registration on Race day is $45.00 for the 5K, $35.00 for the Ramble, and $45.00 for Spectator/Goodie Bag only. Cash, check and major credit cards accepted.

Discounted pre-registration entries are being accepted now. Participants can register for the 5K or the 1 Mile Ramble directly from our secure Internet website.

  • The pre-registration fees*:
    • Now until midnight March 31, 2023 – $30.00 for the 5K – $20.00 1 Mile Ramble, $30.00 for the Spectator/Goodie bag only.
    • April 1, 2023 to 11:59 p.m. April 26, 2023 $40.00 for the 5K, $30.00 for the 1 Mile Ramble, and $40.00 for the Spectator/Goodie bag only.
    • USATF-NJ members who pre-register for the 5K Race may take a $3 discount.

We cannot, accept, Venmo, or Zelle at this time. As a special convenience to participants, online registration will be kept open until 11:59 p.m. April 26, 2023. Team Competition

Team Competition continues to grow and we are looking for another exciting year in team competition. The Team Competition is an excellent way for co-workers, friends, neighbors and others to band together to add a little ‘spark’ to the experience.” The teams can be competitive or non-competitive. Teams need not be officially sponsored and they may choose their own name. We encourage non-competitive team formation. Bring your friends, design your own shirts, have some fun on this great day. Teams must pre-register. Click Here There is no extra cost for team registration. A team consists of at least three members. Multiple teams from the same organization are encouraged. The best/fastest five times of team members are scored. Teams may be formed in the all-Female, all-Male or Mixed categories. A Mixed team must have at least one female and one male. For scoring purposes, a Mixed team’s score will include at least one member of each gender. Individual team members can belong to only one team. Teams do not need to work for the same employer or be members of the same organization or club. Corporations, running clubs and other groups may have multiple teams (with different names, of course). A special pickup area for race bibs and goodie bags are reserved in the Big Tent on Race Day for team members. Individual team members may check in separately – you do not need to assemble as a team prior to packet pickup. We even have a special Team Application form for you! Click HERE for a copy. You do not need to use this form to send your entries to us, but it may make it easier to assemble your team with all members on one sheet. Please mail all team entries early enough to reach us by the pre-registration cutoff. There is no team registration on Race Day. Sorry, but there can be no substitutions or changes made on Race Day. SPECIAL NOTE: If you are registering on-line as a Team Member, please look for your team name on that section. use EXACTLY the same name for your team so we can match you with your teammates.
