Each year, we continue to improve and expand the activities on Race Day to give our sponsor expanded exposure. It is our hope and desire that our efforts will encourage you to continue, or become a new a Sponsor. 100% of all donations go directly to the charitable causes. Your involvement will help us to provide our foundation, known as the Montgomery Rocky Hill Rotary Foundation, Inc., a not for profit 501(c)(3) organization, with the resources needed to carry out our activities which includes financial support for educational, charitable, and humanitarian purposes. Your participation will associate you with what is becoming a tradition and one of the most popular spring events in Central New Jersey with hometown appeal.

In addition to helping a worthy and charitable causes, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsors receive a number of other benefits from being associated with the RUN WITH ROTARY. These include:

Name displayed on the front of the race flyer, as well as name and logo prominently displayed on the back of the race flyer.
Name and logo displayed on the quality, long-sleeved race shirt given to all participants. (Platinum Sponsors are listed in large prominent type on each shirt)
Name and logo displayed on our exclusive Website. If you wish, we can display information as supplied by you, or provide a hyperlink from our Website to yours. Many thousands of hits are expected in the months leading up to the event.
Name mention in all press releases as a "Platinum Sponsor." One press release per week is planned for the eight weeks preceding the event. Local and regional newspapers are targeted.
Free distribution in the race package given to all participants of literature, samples, special offers, etc., as supplied by Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsors.
A display area, including a table, in a separate tent to distribute literature and samples, show product displays, demonstrate product, etc. The tent is located next to the registration and awards area to receive maximum visibility.

Sponsors are the backbone of the RUN WITH ROTARY. Please ask a rotarian or one of the other Race Committee members if you would like more information concerning becoming the Race Sponsor .
